The site disabled-child.org had the following in the site, "Providing dignity to those in need worldwide." I noticed that the website stated " Disabled Childrens Fund DCF is a humanitarian organization committed to serving the indigent and oppressed children and their families worldwide." They also stated " DCF was founded by Bill and Erma Collins in 1996 as a nonprofit, all volunteer organization predicated on the following. 8220;Can I have a cup of cold water please? The essense of compassion is helping othersÂ. It shouldnt hurt to be a child. Every child has a right to know they are loved." The meta header had child as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by disabled, handicapped, and Mentally impaired which isn't as important as child. The other words the site used was physically impaired. Disable is also included but could not be understood by web engines.
